Government Reorganization

Observations on the Department of Commerce Gao ID: T-GGD/RCED/AIMD-95-248 July 25, 1995

This testimony provides an overview of the Commerce Department and its organization. GAO discusses (1) critical issues at Commerce that require attention regardless of organizational decisions and (2) selected issues at the National Institute of Standards and Technology and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
