Can the Army and Air Force Reserves Support the Active Forces Effectively?

The active military forces cannot fully support the Nation in times of emergency without effective reinforcement from the Selected Reserves.

Although the Air Reserves can meet mobilization and deployment schedules effectively, indications are that the Army may have difficulty supporting its active units effectively should an emergency occur.
