Changes Made to Contract

Gao ID: B-194765 May 15, 1980

Consideration was given to material supplied by a prime contracting firm concerning a procurement involving the firm, a subcontractor, the Army, and the Air Force National Guard Bureau. According to the material, several disputes arose between the parties, with the firm ultimately alleging that the government breached its contract and acted fraudulently. After reviewing the information provided, GAO concluded that the evidence did not indicate a strong potential for procurement fraud. Furthermore, since such disputes must be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolving procedures agreed to under the contract, an investigation was not planned.
