President's Twelfth Special Message for FY 1984

GAO reviewed the President's twelfth special message to Congress for fiscal year 1984 which proposed one new deferral of budget authority for $8,006,000 and revisions to six previously reported deferrals totalling $68,528,548.

GAO identified no additional information that would be useful to Congress in its consideration of the President's proposals and believes that the proposed deferrals are in accordance with existing statutes.
