GSA's Sale of Land in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Complied With Law Gao ID: GGD-86-52 March 17, 1986

In response to a congressional request, GAO reviewed the General Services Administration's (GSA) case files on the Oak Ridge property and correspondence between GSA and interested parties concerning the property.

GAO found that GSA: (1) had sold the Oak Ridge surplus property for $300,000 at a public auction; and (2) had complied with applicable laws and regulations governing the disposal of surplus federal real property.
