Guidelines for Survey of the Reasonableness of Subcontract Prices Included in Prime Contract Prices

The objective of the guidelines was to determine, for those subcontracts selected, whether sufficient bases exist to warrant performing a detailed review of the reasonableness of the prices negotiated. An index survey summary will be prepared for each subcontractor surveyed, including conclusions and recommendations concerning the bases for performing a detailed examination of the subcontract.
